my 72 days old baby's right hand slightly broad when compared with left hand. is it normal? pls advice

There’s always a little bit of difference between the left and right there is no problem if you are feeling that the difference is vast then in that case you can have a physical evaluation with your doctor otherwise this week difficult to tell you whether it is right or not
