Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

Then you Should be consulting your doctor because if your child is not gaining weight due to any of the reasons and that’s not good you know your child is seven years old I hope your child is eating everything because it is important to take a proper diet and that only helps in healthy weight
