Q.

My 7 year old daughter is always complaining about headache ...eye test n all check ups done ...Everything is fine with her ..Can't understand the reason

A. there are multiple causes of headache in children and for immediate relief you can give paracetamol which is a good painkiller also. see that the child is consuming plenty of fluids because many times less water in the body can cause headache. the other common causes are nutritional deficiency as well as anemiaz and decrease sleep and more screen time if going on according to age. paracetamol can be given maximum four times per day but if the zproblem is occurring again and again please visit the doctor to rule out any major pathology

A. Common illnesses such as colds, flu, and ear and sinus infections are some of the most frequent causes of headaches in children. Very rarely, meningitis or encephalitis may cause headaches. Head trauma. Bumps and bruises can cause headaches.
