My 7 week old baby fell down from a very small height.. he cried suddenly but after a few minutes he was okay.. should I be worried and what are the things I should notice in his behavior.. should I be worried and have to take medical attention?

A. Check if your child suddenly has a vomiting out of the blue for no reason if there’s anything that’s coming out like a bump or something in the place where the child has got hurt or anything which is abnormal to you then instantly visit your daughter
