Q.
my 7 months old baby is havg fever from 2 days....once it is 100 n NW it's 101 fever ...I'm using calpol paracetamol drops to my baby....3 times a day bt i still can't find any reduction in his fever🥺plz suggest sumthg....he s also havg motions

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be againf repeated ahfter every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required

Then Start doing cold sponging on the entire body specifically behind the knees of your child because that helps in reducing down the temperature at a faster level so do that and Calpol should be given every six hours there is no thing that you have to give it only three times you can repeat it after every six hours if required
