my 7 months old baby boy is suffering from loose motions last two days? suggest me a syrup.

Loose motion most of the time is because of some infection which could be viral or bacterial and in such case it is associated with symptoms like fever along with vomiting and loss of appetite . supportive treatment isbg very necessary where proper hydration should be maintained by giving ORS along with that probiotic can be given like enterogermina or econorm in a proper dose . Antibioticsb has their role only if it is bacterial infection . for this doctor guidance is necessary .
