my 7 months old baby boy has got red spots today.how to cure this infection.is this due to any insect or allergy.?

She currently you can apply calamine lotion which is what is going to be good further I would recommend you to kindly consult your doctor for further assessment because till the time you’re not very certain about what kind of an allergy it is proper help cannot be given
