My 7 months baby passing a stools very hard from 3 days... I give him apple, avocado, banana purees and homemade cearlac and dry fruit and poha cearlac.... These are good for him or not? And what can I do for my baby to pass free stools...

A. hello increase more Fibre in diet like vegetabkes and fruits. also ensure that baby drinks lot of water now and so that the stool remains soft and easy to pass now
