my 7 months baby have constipation what should I do and what to give in food please advise

You can give whatever food you have been giving till now fruits vegetables Khichdi porridge but you have to make sure that you’re giving lots of liquid in the diet you can give water you can give coconut water butter milk any of these things in good quantity specially water and butter milk can be given more which will help in good digestion and easy motion
