my 7 month old baby girl tongue looks purple her oxygen level is 99 . today I feed her pomegranates juice. is it due to pomegranates or any other causes

A. do check her nails, lips color too.. although o2 level is good, might be because of pomegranate.. do clean her young properly with soft moist cotton cloth. tc.
