My 7 month old baby crosses his left toes while crawling and standing, why?

Your child is either having a cramp or your child is comfortable doing it usually kids don’t crawl in this age maybe if your child is doing it at an early age which is why your child doing like this so it is completely alright I don’t see anything for you to be worried in this
