ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 7 months old and she is having a loose motions so give her ORS and frequent breast feeding too and syrup rinifol zn 4 ml twice a day before feeding

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symvuptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it couldj be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
