my 7 momths baby had fallen from bed from 1and feet up but she has no swelling and pain on head pls suggest

A. Hello, your baby girl is 6 months old and she fell down from the bed about 1 feet height so give her syrup ibugesic plus three times a day so

A. Hello dear parent, if baby vomit within 24 hours of falling or baby starts cranky through out the day. Then definitely y should consult with your paediatric. Else nothing to be worried about. Just massage your baby well,with soft hands. Good luck and take care
