My 7.8 year old daughter vomited in the morning.i gave her emset 4 mg( half tablet)and pan 20. after 45 min she sleeps.what should I give her to eat. and when can I repeat emset.

A. Namaste Mom, Initially prefer giving fluids as we need to avoid dehydration, so WHO ORS, coconut water, lemon water etc. gradually opt for giving her fruits. foods you could give easy to digest such as kichidi, idli, upma, vegetable soups etc.
