my 7.5 year old baby boy has just started his teething phase do we need any care or any medicine please suggest. TIA

A. okay it's natural in Eruption of teeth is a physiological process baby will not have any Feverr and loose motions Please massage the gums with your finger apply dentogel on the gums of the baby

A. during teething (pain can start as early as 3 months) there is itching, pain, drooling of saliva, swelling in the gums, oral finger insertion, irritability and crying during the teething process. it will come intermittently for few days to few weeks and then will go away. usually teething pain doesn't come after 2 years of age. with the help of your fingers you can press the gums of the child to decrease the pain as well as you can give a pacifier but it should be clean. you can give a cold cotton cloth to bite and press between the gums when the child is crying due to pain not xresolving then you can give paracetamol which wxill also help in decreasing the pain. long-term medicine on daily basis (homeopathic /allopathic )(they are painkiller)are usually not advisable. x
