my 7.5 month baby wakes up almost after 2 hours during night..what could be the reason is he not getting enough breast milk to fill his tummy or gas could be the reason ?

At first babies mostly wake due to hunger at night as they are trying to double their birthweight in their first four to six months; they need to eat often. Later babies and toddlers might wake from hunger, loneliness or any of the reasons like too hot or too cold, having toothache, a bad dream, not properly tired.
