My 6year nd 4 months old daughter is very weak. Her weight is 18kg only. Is this fine ? Her diet is very poor. Kindly suggest some healthy diet.

Along with the food that you are giving to the child you just have to make sure that you are giving really good amount of protein to the child as well because proteins are exceptionally important in the growing age so that is something that you really need to focus upon
