My 6month old baby did not poop for 6 days. She is on mother feed only. What can I do?

No worries don’t worry a child can go without pooping for 8 to 11 days also in this age if your child is only on breastfeeding you have not started with any external food then it is not a problem as constipation is very commonly seen with kids in this age which is completely normal
