my 6m old baby gains weight excellently till 5month in-between 5 to 6months he is maintaining same weight but not gained, is something to worry?

Hello mom Baby weight should be Triple in a year according to birth weight and after one year baby gain weight slowly so you should definitely calculate according to that. Baby should be totally on mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else to your baby till six months
