my 6 yr old kid had loose motion 3 days back. now she is normal but usually once in a day she will poop. now 3 or 4 times she is pooping. is it normal

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Constipation is a problem where there is difficulty in passing the stools and it could be very hard leading to sometimes injury and it becomes a chronic condition in most of the cases if not treated properly .
most important thing is a proper diet with good fibre and plenty of liquids . Also avoidance of food which can aggravate the condition like Banana excess of milk and food with maida food
