my 6 yr kid eating dal in rice he told stomach pain in that day why

A. it might be due to dal, as sometimes dals can causes gases.. During preparation of food for the children, one should always add a little of jeera, pepper, turmeric and pinch of hing. These spices help in digestion.

A. Provide clear fluids to sip, such as water, broth, or fruit juice diluted with water. Serve bland foods, such as saltine crackers, plain bread, dry toast, rice, gelatin, or applesauce. Avoid spicy or greasy foods and caffeinated or carbonated drinks until 48 hours after all symptoms have gone away.
