my 6 years son is vomiting with heavy headache...kindly suggest what's the issue

A. vomiting and headache... see the doctor it may be bcoz of weather conditions flu... keep the baby well hydrated.. increase the water intake.. coconut water butter milk lassi fresh juice... u cn gv ORS...
