Q.

my 6 years old girl eate everything no tantrums during eating still she looks thin... what specific things should i give her so that she gain more weight?

A. She just by looking thin we cannot decide whether the child is actually healthy or not you to see what is the average weight of your child it should be somewhere around 20 kg on the minimum side and if your child is maintaining proper health and height and weight then there is no problem because sometimes body structure can be lean but the weight is proper and also further more I would recommend you you can increase the amount of proteins into your child’s diet
