Speech delay can be improved with the speech therapy of course and reading really helps a lot so you should get the books on the basis of how much as your child learn like initially in this age kids know how to read letters and words which are comprising of 3 to 4 words which are easy with the help of phonics you should work upon that and make your child read behind you and don’t correct immediately give some time to the child to speak it on its own you will see a good difference between reading Hindi English both is going to be very helpful because Hindi is very tongue twisting and really helps a lot in vocalisation
