Q.

My 6 year son is doing so much activities in a day like cycling, karate, playing etc he is Active but at same time thin how can I increase his weight.

A. Hello mom you need to make sure healthy food choices are been made .. and give him dry fruits and nuts , seasonal fruits and vegetables, variety of dals and lentils such as rajma , sprouts , channa etc . Milk ,panner , ghee , eggs
