my 6 year old daughter has severe dry scalp with white dust like particles coming off the scalp after head bath. we already competed a 3 weeks course of ketoconazole shampoo recommended by a dermatologist in online consultation but no help. A. according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get av proper physical examibnation done which would be helpful for the doctor to to find out the the treatment for further management consult dr.

A. If It is dandruff according to you then it would be advisable for you not to apply any kind of oil into the scalp it would increase dandruff also use only chemical free shampoo and go for SPO shampoo that is specifically for dandruff issues only
