Q.

my 6 weeks old baby don't breastfeed due to flat nipples . I used nipple shield at start but now I have noticed very low milk supply. I am only giving milk through pumping while I am also trying natural latch but that will take time.. but I only get 10-20 ml milk per pumping session ... this is not enough.. how can I increase? is it normal?

A. You can take lactation supplements they really help in boosting a lactation for the mother also have good amount of liquids in general which are healthy for you and yet if you are unable to produce efficient breastfeed then you can start with formula feeding for your child
