My 6 months old baby waves her hands and moves her legs every night around 3 am. and then wakes up. Why she is doing so?

A. Hello , your baby girl is 6 months old and she use to shake her legs and hands at early mornings at 3 am then she wakes up so it’s a trembling phenomenon and nothing to worry
