Q.
my 6 months old baby has very painful gas and very very smelly farts. It is very difficult for her to pass gas . Is it coz of my diet or not having fud at proper time by me? What am i doing wrong. please suggest. she is exclusively on breastfeeding. have yet to start solids. because of this painful gas im waiting to start solids.

Bonnisan you can give about 10 drops of this medicine one time and maximum four times in the day is needed gas is a very common issue with kids over the period it is going to settle once your child learns to sit independently but right now you can use this medicine if needed
