Q.

my 6 month old takes only 30 minutes naps and looks tired and not so active throughout the day. although he is getting adequate feeds and food.

A. Hi Just check if baby's tummy is full. it may happen that breastmilk gets digested very fast, so baby can't sleep in that case make sure to feed from one side only to give fat rich milk to baby you may also add few feed of formula milk in a day as it stays for longer time in stomach
