A. A 6-month-old baby weighing 7.5 kg is generally within a normal range, but if there has been no weight gain for 2 months, it should be monitored. This can happen due to low feeding, poor absorption, or increased activity. Ensure proper breastfeeding/formula feeding and start nutritious solids as per age. It is best to consult a pediatrician to evaluate growth and rule out any underlying issues.
