A. whenever you introduce food for the child and it is causing constipation you have to stop that particular food which is causing such problems and try to give food which is more rich in fibre and has got plenty of fluids. it is important to add papaya in the diet which will help in decreasing this problem and also at the same time see that you are not giving any new outside milk which is again known to cause constipation Medicine is to be givend only if instructed by the doctor after examination. give plenty of water to drink. if needed the doctor will give polyethylene glycol which is the first line of medicine for constipation

A. You should start giving more of fibre and liquids to the child because when people start giving semisolid food to the child they don’t give much of water and they don’t like to have it anyways so you should give more of fibre and fluid base diet which is what is going to help
