My 6 month old baby crying during sleep in night?? Pls tell me why so

A. it may be due to colic pain or may be teeth eruption pain . Teething may cause pain . So vitamin D and calcium can be given along with teether for irritation as teeth eruption causes irritation . No any medication for easy teething
