Akash ChoudharyFather of a 5 m old boy13 hours agoA. Frequent green stools (10–15 times a day) in a 6-month-old baby can be a sign of diarrhea or infection. It may happen due to teething, change in diet, or stomach infection. Make sure the baby stays well hydrated and continues breastfeeding or formula. If there is fever, vomiting, dehydration, or it continues for more than a day, consult a pediatrician immediately.
