my 6 month baby right leg two fingers and left leg one finger become red colour. can you please tell is it serious

A. Without a proper checkup I cannot tell you whether it is serious or not you better get it checked with your doctor and they can give you a clarity about what is the situation and according to that you need to be concerned about they advised you that
