meeta agarwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello Father, If baby is vomiting yellow liquid, it could be a sign of an obstruction in the bowel or intestines—or it could simply indicate that there's nothing else in baby's stomach to throw up, so a bit of bile comes up.
If your baby is hungry and takes to the bottle or breast after vomiting, go right ahead and feed them. Liquid feeding after vomiting can sometimes even help settle your baby's nausea. Start with small amounts of milk and wait to see if they vomit again.
