Q.

My 6 month 7 day old baby having fever it goes when syrup has put but later after syrup Power over its coming again she dont have any vomiting or loose motion, cold cough but fever is coming and going and she sneeze two To three at a time

A. Fever has a nature of repeating in every 4 to 6 hours so you meant to repeat paracetamol every six hours for the child and the fever does not subside totally by completing the time of 72 hours in that case you can consult your Pediatrician for further testing
