My 6 mo son I s constipated suddenly... after starting iron drops and avocado. He used to poop semi solid everyday after waking up in the morning. And sometimes twice also. Now since 2-3 days he’s having trouble pooping and is using lot of pressure but still can poop . How can I ease it pls help. I’m offering saunf water also
