my 6 mnth girl baby is facing loose motion n vomiting last 2 days n also vomiting n loose motion smells foul... my doctor advice to give her enterogermenia n zinc dry powdr suapnsion for loose motion and domstal syrup for vomiting... and advice me to feed only breastfeed n rice based foods like nestum n rice kanji.... bfre feeding i give her domstal syrup but she immidiately vomited it... kindly advice me when to use this 3 medicine bfre feed or aftr feed....

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Domperidone should start to work in about 30 to 60 minutes. How long will I take it for? It is recommended that you take domperidone for the shortest possible time and at the lowest dose that works for you. You will usually take it for up to a week.
