In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination o chr assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Oh well yes definitely you should be concerned you need to find out why your child is constantly complaining about it and if your child is doing it every day that means there is definitely some problem so better to check with your doctor and go for what they suggest you
