my 5yrs old daily wants to have boiled eggs or omelet for every meal. he'll have 3 to 4 eggs per day. how many eggs can I give him per day?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. 2 is fine for this age per day. As long as your child is not having any problem, an egg daily shouldn't be a problem. Give in the form of Boiled, scrambled, fried or in an omelette. make sure to cook well.
