my 5yr old boy don't hawe healty body he is very slim and 14 kg

A. Give him whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, curd, butter, cheese and home made paneer. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give lentils like moong dal and urad Dal. Give plain nuts to eat like walnuts, almonds, peanuts, cashew nuts and raisins. Give peanut butter. Give chickpeas and green peas. Give almond milk, soy milk and kesar milk. Give one boiled egg per day. Give cheesy mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes.
