This is looking more like mosquito bite to me but still just to be on the safer side I would recommend you but you should go ahead with applying calamine lotion I believe that’s going to be quite a good option for you to work on with right now because in a lot of cases calamine lotion can help in reduction of the problem that’s happening with the child
