Q.

my 5month old Baby temperature reach 103.6 even after giving paracetamol 1ml.....please help🥲

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be agfain repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeatingg. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required

A. In young babies, even slight temperatures may be a reason for concern. That's why you should always contact your doctor or head to urgent care if your little one has any fever that's 100.4°F or above. (The same goes with a temperature lower than 97.7°F when taken rectally.)
