It could be blocked nasolacrimal duct Congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction is a common problem. A clinical examination is necessary for appropriate diagnosis and treatment treatment will depend on the cause Hope this information helped you

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 5 months old and he is having watering from right eye so mostly it’s a dacriocystitis and you should put tobacin eye drops two times a day and massage the nasolacrimal ducts daily till it gets cured

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is very normal in babies at this age due to. blocked tear ducts. and please maintain proper hygiene and also press baby upper nasal with your fingers very gently.
