my 59 day old baby is passing poop in bits n bits.for whole day and having redness around the poop passing area..coz of that my baby is crying a lot .. kindly please help me what to do

Author of questionMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Dear doc, he doesn't go completely everytime.he passes little bit with every flatus..that means he has diarrhoea??? when he does that he cries and continues to cry for long time.
