my 54 days baby has rash which turns red when age rubs ,pls suggest what to use to get relief her

A. thank you for reaching out to us with this question the Rash would require examination to know exactly what it is but if the rash has been developed because of dryness please make sure you are moisturizing you baby skin at least two to three times a day and using a very mild body wash do not use a soap because so tends to dry out the skin
