my 5 yr old girl is chronically constipated with pain in abdomen every now and then. what to do

A. hi parent modify diet avoid baked and packed food give lots of oral Fluids and diet rich in fibre like oats banana papaya etc give lukewarm water to drink if the problem persists consult your doctor
