Q.

my 5 year son has a small lump or lymph node on his neck behind ear. it is not painfull. it is tender and moving when I touch it. and it is not big. he has no fever, no cold. but it is there for long time. it founds when I search for them. otherwise he has no problem. is this normal or any problem.

A. This needs evaluation so it would be better to follow tghe local doctor for proper advhice and doctor will guide you accordingly regarding this which would be more beneficial so you can follow the advice
