My 5 year old son almost every morning after taking milk used to vomit. His health is below average as he is not interested taking any food.

please don't force feed or over feed her
don't give her milk and give her easy to digest food like soup , probiotics etc.
keep her hydrated
you may give. her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
